The Grand Colonial is a restaurant located in the heart of Hunterdon County, New Jersey (just off of Route 78). We’re a full-serivce restaurant with so much to offer. Our a la carte restaurant takes up most of The Blane House, the main part being built in 1685. This area is comprised of four different private dining areas uniquely displaying colonial ear touches such as exposed beams and walk-in fireplaces. Our larger dining room is called The Perryville Room (named after the town we’re located in). The Perryville Room over looks the Patio and has a beautiful view of the sun setting over the trees. Our bar areas are fun and comforatble – The Library Bar has classic oak millwork and is fully stocked; the Ice Bar is connected to that with an attractive atmosphere and is perfect for grabbing a bite to eat and a drink after work. And finally our brand new Grand Ballroom! The Ballroom accommodates up to 250 guests (without the dance floor) and offers views of our beautifully landscaped grounds (and that sunset!). Bathed in tones of burnished gold, it reflects modern style with old world charm.
Our menu is New American fare with plenty of worldly influences and we have awesome Nightly Specails.
